Reading Gems is an online literacy programme designed to help children aged 10–13 develop essential reading skills. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Reading Gems.
Eligibility
- Parents or Guardians
You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority of a parent or guardian to enrol a child in our programme and to enter into these Terms. - Children’s Participation
Our Services are designed for children aged 10–13. A parent or guardian must oversee the child’s enrolment, communicate with our team, and ensure compliance with these Terms.
Scope of Services
- Online Literacy Sessions
We provide group and one-to-one online sessions aimed at improving literacy skills. The schedule, duration, and content of these sessions are detailed on our website or communicated via email. - Access to Resources
Participants may receive access to our online resources, including Google Classroom materials. These resources are for the enrolled child’s personal educational use only. - Trial Sessions
We may offer free trial sessions. These sessions are subject to availability and may be discontinued or changed at our discretion.
